Andy was one of the Co-founders of our Parent Company – The Hinton Group in 1999. He has seen the business grow over the past decades into a market leading brokerage helping 1,000’s of clients in over 100 countries. Still wanting to maintain that client service, he works mostly for the mybestbuysavings arm of the organisation dealing directly with our future and existing clients, marketing our panel of high interest savings.

Andy’s interests are motor racing, socialising, constant dieting and taking care of our Head of Client Resources Tilly (who he is married to!!)

Stephen started working in the marketing department for WEA, Warner Brothers, Electra and Atlantic music as a trainee promotions executive progressing to group head after 7 years. Then after continuing for a number of years in the industry in various senior marketing roles gained his marketing degree and he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing MCIM. He then worked for various marketing companies including Saatchi & Saatchi in strategic planning and promotional campaign roles.

After this he set up Stephen Jacey Media as a marketing and advertising consultant dealing with long term marketing campaigns and media roles including TV and Radio advertising over the last 22 years. Stephen joined Hinton’s/MBBS as Global Sales Director 4 years ago to advance our Alliance Fixed Interest Savings marketing.

Stephens personal interests are socialising, wine tasting, fine dining, travel and making his wife of many years happy.

Tilly started in Financial Services as a Trustee apprentice in 1999 with Meeres Pearson. After progressing to Treasury and Payments she moved to Moore Stephens to advance her career as Trust and Company Administrator. In 2005 she was head-hunted by Credit Suisse in Guernsey where she rose to the role of Trust and Company Account Manager. In 2011 she took a career break to scratch the itch of being a property developer and bought, renovated and sold property until after 3 properties and 2 years, returned to the world of finance and in 2013 joined The Hinton Group. After starting in customer liaison she has progressed up through the ranks and now runs the team at Head Office and also oversees the corporate relations we have in place.

Tilly’s personal interests are socialising with friends and family, managing her property portfolio, sewing and holidays.

Paul has been assisting expats globally since 2012 and brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and attention to all of his clients. He has worked in the past for DeVere and joined The Hinton Group in 2015 working for the Pensions Department. Upon Hintons selling this part of the business to Alliance, Paul transferred over to Alliance for 4 years. He has now switched back to Hintons and joined the mybestbuysavings team.

Paul is a devoted family man and takes full advantage of the local activities whilst living the dream in the heart of Europe.

Alec worked for 20 years in the recycling industry, mostly within the logistics area, including a five year role as transport manager, overseeing the movement and storage of up to 100 ton of plastic recycled per year. The time spent was at Luxus LTD and CK Polymers; both major plastic recycling companies in the UK.

Also within that same time period, Alec worked in both the sales and purchasing departments within both companies, spending equal times in both totalling 10 years. The roles were, purchasing coordinator and Sales manager with responsibilities of servicing both internal and external customers. As sales manager, Alec oversaw our main customer, who purchased between 40,000 to 50,000 tons of plastic recycled per year, at a cost of between 3 and 4 million pound sterling.

Alec’s interests are socialising, Indian food, gardening and swimming

Rosie has enjoyed a varied career in administration, accounting, stationery and ancillary computer sales, health care assistant in a hospital, and working for a Magistrates Court for 12 years with the last few of them years running the Magistrates’ court sitting arrangements, she found her niche working with Hintons. Starting work with Hintons back in June 2009 and never looking back she has enjoyed watching the company grow from strength to strength. During all the working years Rosie never really left school either by continuing to study at evening classes everything from ballroom dancing to PAYE. She joined the Open University and in 2015 graduated with an honours degree in open science with included amongst other exams computer programming and maths (BSc Open Science Honours degree), also gaining a diploma in maths on the way.

Rosie’s personal interests are learning / studying; animals; history; and photography; and is a member of the Weald and Downland Museum plus the Arundel Wetlands and Wildfowl Trust.

A seasoned veteran with over 30 years experience in the global financial services sector. Tim has lived, worked and travelled extensively throughout the world giving him a complete international outlook to business. Now living in Thailand, Tim covers our operations in Asia and is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a qualified Affiliate of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Planning). Tim's specialties include investment and savings planning for private investors and institutions.

Aleksandra, Alex for short, graduated from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin in Poland in 2015 with a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Economics. Her first job was in customer service for PKO Bank Polski. After realising she wished to see more of the world, she decided to move to Malaga, Spain and got the position of Client Relations Manager with Hintons, as well as working with our Alliance Partners. Alex now deals with all our initial inbound enquiries and liaises directly with the Global Sales Director.

Alex’s personal interests are photography, literature, music, travelling and seeing friends.

Linda has been an Accountant owning her own business for over 20 years and has been The Hinton Group exclusive accountant since 1999, working in our UK Head Office. In her own words “there’s not a lot more to add to that!”.

Linda’s personal interest are photography, travel, her home and social life and wine tasting.

Jeanette has had a very varied career from long distance lorry driving to administrative supervising. She has also experience in computing and logistics. She has joined the Client Resources Team to help with the constant expansion of the client bank and also assists greatly with the tactical marketing of the company’s product range.

Jeanette’s interests are cooking, reading , horse riding and flying single engine aircraft.
